Gail E. Amor Rader founded the Care Perspectives,
Inc. in 1991.
Gail E. Amor Rader began her consulting career
in 1986 as a consultant to both the New Jersey State
Department of Health Nursing Home Licensure Reform
Project and the New Jersey State Department of Human Services. She went on
to found Care Perspectives in 1991. A Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, and
a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, Ms. Rader has worked in and studied
long-term care in nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities, and
assisted living residences locally, nationally, and internationally. Ms. Rader
and her team of experts have also provided consultation and management services
to Adult Medical Daycare Programs, Home Health Agencies, and Facilities for
the Developmentally Disabled.
The Care Perspectives team comprised of experts
in long-term care and assisted living operations,
position clients for the future by empowerment of
residents, families, and staff through education
and training - the hallmark of services. CPI has
provided consulting services to state government
agencies in the development of both nursing home
and assisted living regulations and is recognized
as long-term care experts by state and federal government
agencies.
CPI associates work closely with both proprietary
and non-profit professional organizations through
involvement on committees and sub-committees. They
actively participate in the development of regulatory
changes through comments and committee work, and
then work with clients to implement new systems and
programs. CPI clients are always on the cutting edge
of all new industry developments. CPI assists long-term
care facilities and agencies to not only meet, but
to exceed regulatory requirements.
CPI care protocols and clinical and administrative
policies provide a roadmap to quality of care and
life for long-term care residents and their staff.
The CPI participatory management style is rooted
in intensive education and a dedication to continuous
quality improvement in services and operations in
long-term care and home care settings. CPI associates
also work with health care facilities and agencies
in preparation for JCAHO accreditation and re-accreditation.
In the Home Health arena CPI has assisted agencies
with both survey and certification surveys and has
provided total clinical and financial interim management
services. CPI has developed and implemented home
care training programs and developed clinical and
administrative policy and procedure manuals. CPI
has also assisted facilities for the developmentally
disabled with regulatory compliance.
