What do I need to access online programs?

You will need access to a computer with speakers, a modem with either dial up or high speed internet access, and you will need the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player. Please note Flash Player can be downloaded at no cost.

When can I access programs?

Once you join as a member at no charge you will receive a user name and password and you will be able to access web-based programs twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. In order to access live web-cast programs you will be required to join the program at the advertised time.

How do I pay for programs?

You can either pay by check or by credit card through our website's online service which utilizes PayPal. Once payment is received you will get a user identification number and password that will allow you access to the program you have selected and paid for.

How long do I have to complete the program?

The time allotted to complete each program depends on the length of the program selected and type of program. For example: A one-hour in-service education program should be completed within the one hour timeframe, however, you are free to close out of the program and re-enter the program to complete the content two times.

A three hour continuing education program that is web-cast is a live presentation and requires completion of the entire broadcast at the time of the presentation to obtain continuing education credit.

What are the minimum requirements for viewing online presentations?
